Q. How can I know if my booking has been confirmed?

A. All bookings are confirmed by a reference which is displayed on the screen. We automatically send you written confirmation by email containing your booking reference and the details of your journey. We advise you to print out this email as you will be asked for the reference when you check in at the port. It will also be useful if you need to contact us regarding your booking.

Q. Is it obligatory to book tickets in advance?

A. It is not obligatory, you may purchase your ticket when you arrive at the port. However, we cannot guarantee availability and only advance booking ensures that you will be able to leave. Moreover, certain special offers are not available when tickets are purchased from the port and must be booked the day before departure at the latest. So, to take advantage of our best prices and a guaranteed place on board, we advise you to book in advance.
